Online payments are processed by a third party using secure technology. Light Blue Holdings Ltd & Lets Go Cambridge Ltd (t/s Lets Go Punting) never has access to your full personal payment details.  We do not hold full cardholder information on file.

Your details / Privacy

When you complete a booking on our site your name, address, email and phone number is retained by Light Blue Holdings Ltd / Lets Go Cambridge Ltd. If only punting is booked we will never share this information with a third party but may send you marketing and promotional information via email which you can opt out from at any point by clicking unsubscribe at the base the correspondance sent.

If an additional activity such as a walking tour has been booked we may share your name, email address and contact number with the third party.

Upon request we can delete the payment record we have for you including your name, address, email and contact number.
